Andre Agassi admits using drugs intentionally

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ex world tennis champion of Armenian decent Andre Agassi admitted in his new autobiography that he used crystal meth intentionally. Book publication is due on November 9. In 1997, Agassi tested positive for doping but he managed to convince ATP that the substance appeared in his organism occasionally. Certain fragments from book have been already published in some newspapers and magazines, sportsdaily.ru reports.

"I feel ashamed, of course. I promise myself that this lie is the end of it," AP quotes Agassi as saying. "At that moment I wrote a letter to ATP, alleging that crystal meth was used by my assistant who added the powder to gas water, and I had occasionally gulped down the liquid."
