Germany interested in expanding relations with Armenia in various spheres

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan on November 13 received the newly appointed Ambassador of Germany to Armenia Hans-Jochen Schmidt, the press service of the government reports.



Congratulating the Ambassador on his new appointment, prime minister expressed hope that Armenia-Germany relations will continue to develop, because they are very effective. In particular, according to Tigran Sargsyan, the KfW small and medium business crediting program in Armenia between 2004 and 2005 was recognized by the world community as one of the best practices. In turn, Hans-Jochen Schmidt noted that Germany is interested in expanding bilateral relations in various fields, in economy, education and science.
