Madrid Principles conflict with Armenia and NKR's interests

PanARMENIAN.Net - There are no doubts that Armenian-Turkish rapprochement and Karabakh conflict settlement are interrelated processes, Armenia's ex-Foreign Minister Alexander Arzumanyan said.

According to him, Turkish parliament will ratify protocols provided there is a framework agreement on Nagorno Karabakh.

"President Sargsyan will also promise to withdraw forces from NKR security zone, as he has already gave oral consent in that regard," ex-Foreign Minister said. "In Athens, OSCE Foreign Ministers will adopt a statement on Nagorno Karabakh, reiterating the commitment to settle conflict in line with Madrid Principles."
