Present at the official ceremony were Armenia's Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, Vice Premier, Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan and Deputy Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Arsen Karamyan.In his welcoming speech, Minister Armen Gevorgyan expressed hope for productive cooperation between young leaders and the executive. "We'll help young leaders to apply their knowledge and experience in the country's reform processes," he said.
