CE TO APPOINT SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE ON SOUTH CAUCASUS

PanARMENIAN.Net - A special representative on the South Caucasian affairs will be appointed in the Council of Europe this week. Deputy foreign minister of Greece presiding in the EU Yiannis Magriotis reported today at a meeting with head of the Armenian foreign ministry Vardan Oskanian. In his words, it can make cooperation between the EU and the South Caucasian countries more efficient.
