ARMENIAN-RUSSIAN AGREEMENT ON FORCE USE FOR JOINT SECURITY RATIFIED

PanARMENIAN.Net - The council of Russian Federation has ratified Armenian-Russian agreement on joint planning of force use for joint security. Three weeks ago this document that had been signed 2000 September by the defense ministers of Republic of Armenia and Federation of Russia was ratified by the State Duma. The agreement stipulates the order of the formation of joint Command, the preparation of the document on issues of joint planning of the joint group force use, defines the principles of the establishment of united communication system and automated force management, establishes rules of rear, technical and financial providing for the forces.
