PanARMENIAN.Net - The activities of the OSCE Minsk group on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is at a low level. Azeri foreign minister, personal representative of the president on the Karabakh settlement Araz Azimov stated. In his words, as reported by "Arminfo" agency referring to "Bilik Dunyasi" Baku agency, in the course of the recent meeting of the OSCE Minsk Group with the Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev in Madrid the date for the mediators' visit to the confrontation region was not discussed. "The co-chairs postpone their visit motivating it that the Karabakh conflict settlement time has not come yet. And we suppose that the issue should have been decided long ago," - the deputy minister said.
