Armenian President addresses condolence letter to Russian leader PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan addressed a letter of condolence to his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev over the March 29 Moscow subway blasts, which left at least 37 people dead.



As the message says, Armenia condemns terrorism and urges international community to take uncompromising collective steps towards "eliminating the plague of modern times". "I'm certain, every effort will be taken to expose the perpetrators and hold them responsible. We share in the mourning of families of the victims," President Sargsyan stated.
