ARMENIA TO PRESIDE IN BLACK SEA ECONOMIC COOPERATION BEGINNING MAY 2002October 27, 2001 - 20:47 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia will preside in the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Group beginning with May 2002. At the regular meeting of Foreign Ministers of countries-members of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation held in Antalia the duties of the country being in the chair were passed from Turkey to Ukraine. As it is known, the right to preside in the organization is being passed according to rotation principle for a half-year term.![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
