At the guests' request, Minister Gevorgyan briefed on Armenia's administrative and territorial structure, systems of local self-government and territorial administration. Besides, he answered numerous questions about the authority, rights and obligations of local self-government bodies and mechanisms for election of communities' governing bodies. Armen Gevorgyan was honored with a medal of the French National Association of Auditors.
