At the conference, RA Nature Preservation Minister Aram Harutyunyan presented the 2002-2010 dynamics of lake upsurge (36cm. per year). However, Sevan Issues Committee-submitted schedule envisages 4,65-meter upsurge in 2009 through 2031 (15-20cm. per year). A number of problems occurred as a result of excessive upsurge rate. Sevan Issues Committee chairman presented the current situation, as well as solutions to the problem.
