  Regional processes discussed in Stepanakert June 24, 2010 - 14:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 24, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met with visiting Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan to discuss military construction and regional processes. Artsakh Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan was also attending, reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.
