AMD 3.5bln to be allocated for restoration of damaged transnational roads of ArmeniaJune 28, 2010 - 14:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan said that the restoration of transnational roads damaged as a result of abundant precipitation is strictly controlled by both the Armenian President and Prime Minister. AMD 3.5bln will be allocated within a week to recover damages, as per President Serzh Sargsyan’s instruction, Minister Vardanyan told journalists on June 28. He pledged to control the use of the allocated funds, as well as quality of the carried out restoration works. Vardanyan also informed that AMD432 will be provided for basic repair of seven bridges and bridgeworks in 2010.
