SWISS COMPANY OFFERS 28 MILLION DOLLARS FOR "ARARATCEMENT" ENTERPRISE IN ALLSeptember 19, 2001 - 23:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - "Holsim" Swiss Company, which had submitted an application for participation in the tender for "Araratcement" enterprise became the sole claimant upon privatization. The Swiss suggest paying six million dollars for entire control of the enterprise plus four million for the land where the plant is situated. Another six million the potential buyer intends to grant for realization of social programs. Besides, "Holsim" commits itself to invest 12 million dollars in course of six years for development of the enterprise and also to provide no less than 600 work places.
