Congratulating constructors on the holidy, the Prime Minister noted that 2009 was a year of tests first of all for the construction industry, the RA government’s press service reported. “A considerable drop in capital investments was recorded first of all in the construction industry, what has affected the entire economy,” said Mr. Sargsyan. According to him, the trends of the first half of 2010 indicate that the construction industry is gradually overcmoing the crisis situation.
