RPA: Baku’s external policy ended in total fiasco

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan’s refusal to withdraw Karabakh resolution from the agenda of UN General Assembly session would spell Baku’s withdrawal from negotiations, Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary group secretary said.

“Voluntary postponement of discussion means that Baku’s external policy ended in total fiasco and Azerbaijan silently accepted its capitulation,” Eduard Sharmazanov told a news conference in Yerevan.

“Our final goal is the international recognition of NKR. However, we believe that presently recognition of Artsakh independence by the Armenian parliament will not help the process,” he stated.
