Tina Kaidanow: Karabakh talks should proceed within OSCE MG

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan met Sunday with U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Tina Kaidanow.

Assessing highly the Armenian-American relations, Mr. Abrahamyan emphasized that the Armenian parliament is willing to develop cooperation.

For her part, Ms. Kaidanow noted that the recent visit of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton evidences that the U.S. is resolved to collaborate with Armenia in various fields.

In discussion of Karabakh issue, she pointed out that Karabakh talks should proceed within the OSCE Minsk Group.

“Attempts to transfer discussions in other instances will do no good,” Ms. Kaidanow said.
