Ex-President of Latvia: UN should appoint special representative on Nagorno Karabakh conflict

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ex-President of Latvia (1999-2007), Special Envoy to the UN Secretary General, Vice-Chair of the Reflection group on the long term future of the European Union Vaira Vike-Freiberga said that the UN should appoint its special representative on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. According to her, the UN special representative's appointment may facilitate the conflict settlement, Trend reported.
