Edward Nalbandian, Elmar Mammadyarov to meet in New YorkSeptember 20, 2010 - 14:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will meet with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov on the sidelines of the 65th session of the UN General Assembly in New York. OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmen Bernard Fassier (France), Igor Popov (Russia) and Robert Bradtke (U.S.) will participate in the meeting as well. According to Robert Bradtke, the meeting is scheduled for September 23. The two Foreign Ministers have already left for New York.
