As a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter was told in the NKR Foreign Ministry, the mediators will arrive to Artsakh from Yerevan. “The mission will do no harm or good. Anyway, the international mediators will study the situation in the liberated territories,” the source said. Earlier, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated that the Mission has nothing to do with the resolution submitted by Azerbaijan to the UN. “One or two experts from the UN Refugee Agency are included in the Mission. No other UN structure is concerned,” he said. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
