We suggest for Armenia to enter into strategic union with NKR,” Rustamyan stated. In this context, Rustamyan emphasized the importance of government-initiated draft law envisaging a possibility for Armenia to conclude contracts with unrecognized states. As he noted, the bill received a positive confirmation from the profile committee of the Armenian National Assembly (RA NA).
