Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers fulfill Astrakhan agreement![]() November 6, 2010 - 18:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 6, Moscow hosted a working meeting between Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Edward Nalbandian, Sergei Lavrov and Elmar Mammadyarov. In accordance with the agreement reached between Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Astrakhan, a number of issues on Karabakh conflict settlement was included into the meeting agenda, ministerial press service reported. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
