  Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers fulfill Astrakhan agreement November 6, 2010 - 18:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On November 6, Moscow hosted a working meeting between Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Edward Nalbandian, Sergei Lavrov and Elmar Mammadyarov. In accordance with the agreement reached between Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Astrakhan, a number of issues on Karabakh conflict settlement was included into the meeting agenda, ministerial press service reported. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Authorities said a total of 192 Azerbaijani troops were killed and 511 were wounded during Azerbaijan’s offensive.
