No winner in Yerevan-Ashtarak road section reconstruction tenderNovember 9, 2010 - 17:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - None of companies won the tender announced for reconstruction of Yerevan-Ashtarak section of North-South road corridor. The submitted applications were studied in detail by a special working group, however, all offers have been rejected, as they have not met certain criteria of the tender, the press service of the RA Ministry of Transport and Communication reported. In the beginning of the month, the RA Ministry of Transport and Communication hosted unsealing of competition packages for bids on rehabilitation of 11.71km-long Yerevan-Ashtarak section. 13 construction companies expressed willingness to participate in the competition. However, only three companies submitted relevant documents: Austrian STRABAG International, American Fele Technologies and Spanish MJGRUAS, which offered USD 51.141mln, 18.944mln and 22.618mln respectively.
