Arman Melikyan expects no progress in Karabakh talks

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh former Minister of Foreign Affairs Arman Melikyan does not expect any progress in Karabakh issue during the impending OSCE summit in Astana.

“Intensifying efforts for the conflict settlement, Moscow frequently mentions surrender of territories. However, even this move can’t secure permanent Russian presence in Azerbaijan,” Melikyan told journalists in Yerevan.

He also noted that even if a declaration is signed in Astana, there will be no breakthrough in the settlement process.
