NATO Secretary General: we don’t see our role in Karabakh resolution

NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has said that NATO doesn’t see its role in resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

“I don’t think we can have any role in Karabakh,” Euronews quoted him as saying during a press conference in Lisbon.

At the same time he noted that the Alliance with expand cooperation with Central Asia.

“We attach importance to cooperation with Central Asian countries, specifically in terms of combating drug flow from Afghanistan,” Rasmussen said.
