Armenian auditors fined at amount of AMD 1.7mln in January-November 2010December 6, 2010 - 19:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The RA Ministry of Finance issued 13 licenses for implementation of audit activity in January-November 2010, while two applications for license issuance were rejected. During the same period, 4 licenses were terminated, 3 licenses were suspended and another 3 - restored, the Ministry’s press service reported. During the reporting period, persons implementing audit were fined at the amount of AMD1.71mln. From January 1 to December 1, 2010, fees at the amount of AMD 9.3mln were paid to the state budget by the audit services field as provided by the law, out of which 8.8mln were paid by audit companies and 250 000 – by private auditors. 36 audit organizations and 7 private auditors are licensed in Armenia as of December 1, 2010.
