Azerbaijani envoy to UN again spreads misinformation

PanARMENIAN.Net - The assessment report of the OSCE field mission is not ready yet and, consequently, can’t be presented to the conflicting parties.

As a diplomatic source told PanARMENIAN.Net the Azerbaijani envoy to UN once again attempted to spread misinformation.

“Any UN member can introduce a document to the organization,” the source said.

Azerbaijani representative to the UN Ashgin Mehdiyev said that as soon as the assessment field mission prepares its report on the situation in the security zone around Nagorno Karabakh, the Azerbaijani delegation will circulate it in the UN and organize discussions at various levels.

The monitoring of the NKR security zone was conducted on October 5-7, 2010. The report is expected to be issued in January.
