Larisa Alaverdyan: there has never been united Azerbaijani nation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Secretary of opposition Heritage parliamentary group Larisa Alaverdyan said that there has never been united Azerbaijani nation and state.

The modern Azerbaijani state was established on the territories, where Armenians, the Talysh, Lezgians and Yezids made autochthonous population Alaverdyan told a press conference, entitled: “Baku, January 1990 - genocide, vandalism, deportation.”

“It should be noted that the Talysh, Lezgians and representatives of other ethnic groups demand creation of an independent state. Thus, when the Azerbaijani leadership speaks about united nation and state, everyone knows it is untrue,” concluded Alaverdyan.
