  Monument to Humanity designer sues Kars city administration February 8, 2011 - 13:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Sculptor Mehmet Aksoy, the designer of the Monument to Humanity, demands that the Kars municipal decision on the monument demolition should be nullified. According to Zaman, the decision has been already sent to the Kars regional administration and will be implemented after the ratification.
