Did Baku decide to withdraw from Karabakh talks?

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan may give “serious thought” to perspectives of its further participation in Karabakh negotiations in Prague Process format, should Armenia try to delay the process or give negative response to Madrid principle-based suggestions of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, according to Azerbaijani Ambassador to Ukraine.

As Eynulla Madatli stated at a conference on regional conflicts in Kiev, “Baku is considering “various options” in an attempt to regain territorial integrity of Azerbaijan by all means,” Ukrinfo reported.

It's notable that suchlike statements are consistent with official Baku’s military rhetoric. The impression is that Azerbaijan is looking for a reason to foil negotiations, possible results of which, obviously, cause its displeasure.
