Russia went down to 13th place. Slovakia are 22nd, Ireland climbed to 34th place while Macedonia are 83rd. Andorra remained at 202nd place. Spaniards top the rankings with 1880 points, followed by the Netherlands (1730 points) and Germany (1486 points).
