PACE Monitoring Committee co-rapporteurs to arrive in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 15, PACE Monitoring Committee co-rapporteurs on Armenia John Prescott and Axel Fischer will arrive in Yerevan.

Member of the Armenian delegation to PACE, head of the RA NA Committee on European Integration Affairs Naira Zohrabyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that the co-rapporteurs are scheduled to meet with the Armenian leadership, coalition forces, as well as parliamentary and extra-parliamentary opposition.

“It will be another fact-finding visit. Prescott and Fischer will arrive to monitor implementation of PACE recommendations by Armenia,” Zohrabyan said.

It will be the first visit of Fischer, who recently substituted Goran Lindblad, to Yerevan.
