Sargsyan, Ahmadinejad say cooperation between Armenia, Iran important

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan paid a working visit to Tehran on the invitation of his Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to take part in Nowruz festivities.

During a meeting with Mr. Ahmadinejad, President Sargsyan discussed development of bilateral relations, attaching importance to cooperation in tourism, transport and energy sectors. The two men also touched upon construction of Iran-Armenia railroad and a number of other issues of mutual interest, the presidential press office reported.
