Azerbaijani school students used as marionettes by Baku

PanARMENIAN.Net - It’s inadmissible to involve children in political games and spread hatred against Armenians among the young generation, Armenia’s Education and Science Minister said.

Commenting on Azerbaijan’s refusal to join the activity of the South Caucasus’ youth parliament in the framework of “Democracy starts with you” program, Armen Ashotyan emphasized that school children are used as marionettes by Baku.

“The participants chosen for the program were born in 1994-95, when the agreement on ceasefire was signed and came into effect between the sides in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. This program was a good opportunity for Armenian and Azerbaijani school students to establish contacts,” the Minister said.
