  Armenian-Turkish protocols exhausted, expert says April 1, 2011 - 15:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The protocols on normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations are exhausted, according to senior fellow at the RA NAS Oriental Studies Institute. “To resume a dialogue for the Armenian-Turkish normalization, talks should be started anew,” turkologist Anush Hovhannisyan told a news conference on April 1. “However, progress is unlikely, as the 2011 parliamentary election will be followed by the presidential race.
