SCR losses comprise AMD 1 billion in 2010April 14, 2011 - 14:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - South Caucasus Railways (SCR) CJSC suffered AMD 1 billion worth losses in 2010.As SCR Director General Shevket Shaydullin told a news conference in Yerevan, the main slump was observed in the business segment of passenger transportations, with the total loss comprising AMD 2,8 billion. However, he said, the income plan was overfulfilled by 5,2% (AMD 13,463 billion); operational expenditures were cut by 3,2% (AMD 14,241 billon). Shaydullin gave satisfactory assessment to implementation of budget activities in 2010, as well as the investment program. As he noted, as a result of implementation of lowering quotients, the total support of Armenian economy in global crisis circumstances comprised the average of 1,262 billion roubles.
