Ameriabank: Introduction of Mobile Banking to take two months

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ameriabank CJSC is Armenia’s first bank represented in Apple Store, due to which the bank services have become available for iPhones.

“It is a rather advanced program, which is being tested now,” Development Director of Ameriabank CJSC Tigran Jrbashyan said on April 22.

After loading the bank program to Apple Store, clients will have the opportunity to follow the bank news, currency exchange rates, packages of offered services, etc.

The bank plans to use these opportunities for other softwares of smartphones and Androids. “Being an innovator, the bank wants to maintain these positions and will use new approaches for communication with clients,” said Jrbashyan.

Works on Mobile Banking development are conducted at this stage, what will allow the bank clients to make transactions via their iPhones. “It will take us a couple of months to have Mobile Banking corresponding to international standards,” concluded Jrbashyan.
