OSCE mission to monitor Artsakh, Azerbaijani contact line May 12![]() May 11, 2011 - 11:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE mission will monitor the line of contact between the Artsakh and Azerbaijani armed forces on May 12. Personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, amb. Andrzej Kasprzyk as well as field assistants William Prior and Hristo Hristov will conduct the monitoring from the Armenian side. From the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring will be held by coordinator of the office of the OSCE personal representative Imre Palatinus and field assistant Antal Herdic. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
