  Arman Khachatryan appointed as NCFA Executive Director June 3, 2011 - 15:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyn appointed Arman Khachatryan to the post of Executive Director of the National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia (NCFA). Khachatryan will assume the post from June 15. Currently, Arman Khachatryan is the Executive Director of Haypost CJSC. On June 15, Pegor Papazian will leave the post of NCFA Executive Director as per his own resignation letter.
