ARFD: President missed his chance to start Karabakh process anew

PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary group Vahan Hovhannisyan said Armenia’s President has missed his chance to begin again from the up in the Karabakh conflict settlement.

When the Azerbaijani President stated that it is necessary to begin again from the up in the Karabakh conflict settlement, the Armenian side could secure return of Karabakh to the negotiation process, Hovhannisyan told a press conference in Yerevan.

He noted that Azerbaijan has never hided its unwillingness to make concessions; currently, it clearly states that it will not agree to Artsakh’s independence.

“Armenia, as a civilized partner, is now in a situation, when Azerbaijan behaves as impudently as ever,” concluded Hovhannisyan.
