Major decrease in juvenile crime reported in Armenia June 16, 2011 - 18:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A 15,9% decrease in juvenile crime rate was reported over January-June 2011 against last year’s results, according to Nelly Duryan, the head of Armenian police department for juvenile affairs. As she told a news conference in Yerevan, 169 juvenile crimes were committed over the reporting period ageist 200 crimes last year.
