AYF is in charge of programs and offers, relevant to the issues of youth and students, with the main emphasis laid on educational and scientific programs. As Mr. Avagyan noted, recently a contest for educational programs was announced, with the 10 winners selected to receive AMD 5 million funding to their implementation. Among this year's achievements was a program envisaging scholarships for 600 excellent or vulnerable students. “Our program aims at increasing the value of knowledge by proving it to be a key to competitiveness and better quality of life,” Mr. Avagyan stressed in conclusion.
