3 Armenian boxers make it to European Boxing Championships ¼ finals

PanARMENIAN.Net - European Boxing Championships continue in Ankara, Turkey, with 3 out of 4 Armenian boxers having made it to ¼ finals.

In 1/8 finals, Hrachik Javakhyan(64 kg), Vladimir Sarukhanyan (60 kg) and Artur Khachatryan (75 kg) gained victories over Yauheni Ramashkevich (Belarus), Rashid Kassem (Denmark) and Fatlum Zhuta (Macedonia) respectively.

Armenia's Hovhannes Bachkov (56 kg) lost to Russia's Dmitry Polyanskiy.

European Boxing Championships quarterfinals are due June 21.
