"Positive changes in Russian-Azeri ties are not being realized at the expense of Russian-Armenian relations", Russian Ambassador to Armenia Anatoly Dryukov said today in the interview to Yerevan "Iravunk" paper.The diplomat noted that improvement of relations between Russia and Azerbaijan would promote the Karabakh conflict settlement and resolve the regional cooperation tasks.
