  Kazan Mayor about the meeting: God grant that they come to an agreement June 24, 2011 - 19:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The negotiations between the Presidents if Armenia, Azerbaijan amd Russia on Nagoro Karabakh conflit settlement are in progress in Kazan Kremlin. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin considers the meeting of three states’ leaders in Kazan symboli, according to ProKazan.ru. “It is very symbolic that the Presidential meeting on the peaceful settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict is held on the threshold of Creation of the World Festival.
