RA PM hails Armenian soccer success

PanARMENIAN.Net - RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan hailed the Armenian soccer success while opening the September 8 government session.

“On behalf of the government I would like to thank our football team, all fans and the head of Football Federation of Armenia,” PM Sargsyan said. “Efforts aimed at football development have finally produced result.”

On September 6, Armenia won a crushing a 4:0 victory in UEFA EURO 2012 Group B qualifier against hosting Slovakia, scoring four second-half goals.
