MP: Independence flag-bearers are those who contributed to Armenia’s independence

PanARMENIAN.Net - Independence flag-bearers are all those who in their time more or less contributed to the process of Armenia’s independence proclamation.

Galust Sahakyan, head of Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary group in a conversation with journalists in a National Assembly reception dedicated to the country’s 20th anniversary, commented on the absence of ANC representatives in the events. According to him, deputies of all parliament convocations of the past 20 years must have been here. Here he noted that invitations have been issued to everyone. “Neither the Parliament building nor its ideology is our own, it belongs to everybody,” he stated. He also said that ambitions of hostility and opposition in the political field must not be taken to everyday life.
