NKR people won’t be frightened with war rhetoric – Euronest delegateSeptember 27, 2011 - 09:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Before accusing Armenian President of an “infringement of legal norms”, Armenian delegate to Euronest and AFR Dashnaktsutyun party member Lilit Galstyan advised Azerbaijani delegation members to stop speculating on the equality of principles of territorial integrity and people’s right to self-determination, which cannot even be questioned. “Needless to say, without that equality, formation of many of the newly fledged republics would have been impossible,” she told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, when commenting on the recent statement by a member of Azerbaijani delegation to Euronest, Asim Mollazade, who claimed that the Armenian President’s speech was an “infringement of legal norms” and wished to discuss it during the Euronest session. “Karabakh settlement-related documents, stipulating for people’s right to self-determination, bear of Ilham Aliyev’s signature, which Azeris seem to have conveniently forgotten about,” she emphasized. “In case the well-founded statement of Serzh Sargsyan raised any concerns with Azeri delegates, they’re free to put it to discussion at any political platforms. People’s right to self-determination and free expression of will has long become a norm in a civilized world. People of Nagorno Karabakh Republic, however, have won their right to peace and won’t be frightened with war rhetoric,” Ms. Galstyan said.
