OSCE to hold regular monitoring at contact line Oct 4September 30, 2011 - 17:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 4, in accordance with the earlier agreement with the authorities of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, the OSCE Mission will hold scheduled monitoring of the NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces’ contact-line, in the Martakert direction. From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring will be held by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Antal Herdich (Hungary), William Prior (Great Britain), and representative of the High Level Planning Group Michel O’Connor (Ireland). From the opposite side, the monitoring group will comprise Coordinator of the OSCE Office Imre Palatinus (Hungary), Field Assistant to the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Chisto Christov (Bulgaria), and representative of the High Level Planning Group Vladimir Reznikov (Russian Federation). The NKR authorities expressed readiness to assist in holding the monitoring and ensure the security of the OSCE Mission members. From the Karabakh party, the monitoring mission will be accompanied by representatives of the NKR Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense.
