RPA: dialogue is not a process under compulsion

PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary group Galust Sahakyan has commented on the Armenian National Congress’s (ANC) decision to resume the dialogue with the authorities.

“Dialogue is a constant process but not a process under compulsion. It’s not a toy,” Sahakyan told journalists in Yerevan.

During the September 30 rally, ANC leader Levon Ter-Petrossian announced the start of round-the-clock rallies and a sit-down strike in Liberty Square. He also said the Congress will resume talks with the ruling coalition.
